Thrilled to have Champagne Cazé-Thibaut available in OR! The very talented Fabien Cazé is crafting superb, terroir-expressive, vibrant organically produced wines from Vallée de la Marne. I first encountered these in Champagne, and a bottle or two of his was frequent “suitcase wine” (remember international travel?) - I was so excited about them I wanted to bring some back to share with friends. His all-Meunier calling card, “Naturellement”, will please any Meunier devotee (and probably even convert a few who aren’t already). If there were enough of it (and if we were serving at the bar right now), it would be a frequent glass pour for sure. In fact, that’s the only downside to liking these wines - with such small production to go around, these need to be snapped up at any opportunity. In addition to Naturellement, I am also offering *very* limited quantities of his 3 single-parcel vintage wines, including the BdB Les Fourches (pictured here).
