Portland Dining Month at Normandie ✨
Two menus, two price points, all month long.
$35 per person menu:
🫒First Course: Coffee chile spiced albacore, green goddess, olive tapenade, parsley and garlic chips.
🥔Second Course: Pastrami spiced cured pork, crispy fingerling potatoes with horseradish cream and pickle and herb salad.
🥭Third Course: Mango sorbet with coconut caramel and housemade tajin.
$55 per person menu:
🐟First Course: Gin and juniper cured gravlax with preserved lemon cream, shaved sweet onions, a tarragon vinaigrette, and capers
🦐Second Course: Parisienne gnocchi with prawns, red crab, shellfish and saffron butter, chile oil, and garlic crumbs.
🍋Third Course: Buttermilk semifreddo, lemon curd citrus, lavender mezcal syrup, and pink peppercorn meringues
