Hey folkies, Guy and Lavinia Marx and MarxHouse Concerts is hosting with Ellis Paul Next week. Ellis is a unique a very talented writer and performer. This should be a fine concert in a fine venue. Check it out and tell your friends. See below.
Our next MarxHouse concert will be with Ellis Paul with Darryl Purpose opening for Ellis. We are excited to bring these creative performers to you.
Ellis Paul is a gifted Singer/Songwriter and a singular storyteller from Maine. He is described as a contemporary folk singer and his song writing is in the Boston-Style. Darryl Purpose is also a singer/songwriter known for his narrative lyrics and finger style guitar.

We are located in inner SE Portland at 3153 SE Taylor St. on the corner of SE Taylor St at SE 32nd (opposite corner from the Church). We will provide light snacks for you gratis; wine or beer for a donation of $ 3.00.
The doors will open at 7:00 pm and the concert will begin at 7:30 pm. The artist will usually take a break and will have music and other merchandise for sale.
We request a donation of $ 20 per person for the artist.
We recommend reserving ahead of time to guarantee a seat(s). You can do this by making out a check to: Guy Marx
