Our new Optimus wine "Chickadee" made it's official launch at the Haraseeket Pine State Beverage Co. wine tasting show! It will soon be available in select stores and restaurants. Varieties available are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Chickadee wine is a locally owned brand, striving to lighten it's carbon footprint. Projects underway include:
1. Packaging the wine into kegs IN Maine, therefore bringing jobs to Maine, as well as reducing our carbon footprint by way of bulk packaging, and reducing waste as the wine keeps longer this way
2. Partnering with Maine Audubon to have a portion of our profit benefit them
