Our south and west walls are windows offering a unique vista and the finest view of the city in the city. Noble Rot is perched atop an award winning, environmentally forward, Leed-Platinum building (the greenest!). The best way to drink the Rot is through the wine flights that are offered each day. hly regarded, locally-sourced, seasonal menu evolves daily, but menu standards include an endive, beet, blue cheese & hazelnut salad, an onion tart, celebrated macaroni & cheese and a wicked crème brulee. The Rot has a 3000 square foot roof top garden which supplies most of the vegetables and herbs during the long, warm summer months. The garden and the restaurant have their own aquifer, which not only provides an 8000-year-old cheap water source, but it is also pure & tasty.

Noble Rot is open on Mothers’ Day.
It’s also our 24th anniversary.
Jackie needs our help!

Jackie is a wild female bald eagle living in California's San Bernardino National Forest, famous for her live-streamed nest with mate Shadow. Monitored by Friends of Big Bear Valley, she is known for her resilience, often braving intense snowstorms to protect her eggs and chicks.

Her habitat is under threat. Moon Camp is a proposed development that is in Jackie and Shadow’s foraging area and is less than a mile from their nest.
