Patrick's Day, 2017, Whelan's Irish Pub aims to provide the finest Irish and American food, drink, and entertainment in SE Portland. Minors are welcome until 9 PM, so bring the family! Happy hour from 3-6 PM Monday through Friday and weekend food specials mean you're sure to find what you're looking for!
