Thank you for including us on the 2026 The New York Times 25 best restaurants in Portland! We couldn’t be blushing any harder! Shout out to all of the restaurants both on and off of this list for making Portlands food scene so vibrant!

Tomorrow (Friday) is officially Dolly Parton Day! And while we’re not a southern place, she held a big spot in our hearts and we wanted to celebrate her in our own way with a couple of frenchified southern classics.
Mac n Cheese with aged cheddar, gruyere, bleu d’auvergne & bacon as well as fun little cocktail called “Islands in the Tea” featuring cognac, sweet tea & mint. See you tomorrow!

Pâte en Croûte is BACK!!! I believe I’ve already mentioned how much Aubrey Phelps loves you. Pretty sure that’s abundantly clear at this point. So she brought back an old favourite! This time, with pork belly, pistachio, apricot, foie gras & a lovely little Madeira gelée. See you tonight!!!

Aubrey Phelps has a giant heart (no, it’s not like a problem or anything) that only pumps out huge love for you…. Aubrey Phelps s body on the other hand only pumps out bangers…. Like this! What a pain in the ass this is to make….. but it’s 💯 worth every second. Quenelle de Brochet!!! One of dishes that put Lyon on the map as the culinary hub of rustic French cooking.
It’s basically, a light as air, fish dumpling… poached in court bouillon, then baked with a sauce made from crayfish shells, cognac & cream that tastes like lobster bisque. A few local chanterelles to round it out and you have one of life’s great pleasures.
I only made a dozen or so so get it while you can!!!!
