Kind words like these never get old. 🥹

Nick and Leslie were planning their Oregon wedding from another state, so having a responsive and dependable local team was especially important. They trusted White Elephant Asian Fusion and The Tipsy Elephant to care for their bar, appetizers and desserts; and to help guide them through all the twists and turns that came with planning from afar.

From alcohol quantities and mixer selections to final headcount adjustments, our goal was to make the process feel easier and give them one less thing to worry about on their special day.

Hearing that everything was a hit with their guests means the world to us! The rush to the dessert table may be our favorite part. 😆

•REINTRODUCTION•

“She’s a business owner. She’s got her life together.”

Oh, boy. If only you knew… 🫠

Don’t get me wrong, I make sure my businesses are handled. I’ve even extended a couple of new branches along the way. Insane? Perhaps. Worth it? 100%.

However, I am so much more than my businesses. I’m a mother. A wife. A caregiver to my husband, who requires around-the-clock care. A daughter. A sister. A niece. A Gigi. A friend. An unintentional Uber driver. And, occasionally, an unpaid therapist.

The Universe has thrown some craptastic curveballs my way. But, I believe it’s how I’ve chosen to handle those 100 mph pitches that has shaped the woman I am today: more understanding, more confident, more unbothered, and more driven.

Lessons aren’t only learned through success. Some of the greatest lessons are learned during the falls. What matters is how you choose to rise.

So, some days I run businesses.
Some days I run carpools.
Both are equally important.

I’m not just the woman behind the businesses, I’m the heart behind the hustle.

True story! The footage you’re watching is from a wedding where TE+WE provided bar and catering services for a ginormous guest list of 450. Let’s just say…everyone stayed reasonably hydrated.

No two events are exactly the same, even when the guest counts are identical. Determining how much alcohol you’ll need depends on several things:

•What signature cocktails are being served?
•Do your guests prefer w**e, b**r, or cocktails?
•How many guests actually drink?
•Are they conservative sippers or fraternity alumni?

Once WE learn a little more about your guests, beverage preferences, and event details, TE will create a customized alcohol shopping list to help you purchase the appropriate quantities. And once everything is purchased, TE handles the rest.
