From his early days playing with Sly & the Family Stone to sharing stages and studios with some of the biggest names in music, Bobby has built a reputation for bringing serious groove to everything he touches.
And this Thursday, you can catch him up close and personal at Tomorrow's Verse!

No cover charge, but we'll be collecting sliding-scale donations to support the musicians. Suggested $5–$25, or whatever you can contribute.

He’s played or recorded with Sly Stone, Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Carlos Santana, Tower of Power, Etta James, Billy Preston, Bo Diddley, Jefferson Starship, Joan Baez, Paul Butterfield, Booker T., Zigaboo Modeliste, Quicksilver Messenger Service, and Melvin Seals, along with his work in KVHW and Zero. And after all those years and legendary collaborations, he’s still bringing the funk with an unmistakable style all his own.
