We’re looking for an Assistant Tasting Room Manager to be the right hand person to our Tasting Room Manager. This position will support daily tasting room operations, lead a hard-working front of house team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience for every customer. We’re looking for someone to help us maintain our signature Après vibe, and join us in growing for the future.
⚡️Key Responsibilities⚡️
• Must be available for nights and weekends, balancing bartending shifts with leadership duties and overall front of house operations.
• Step into lead front of house role when the Tasting Room Manager is unavailable by supporting staff, tackling any guest concerns, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Assist with (re-)ordering dry goods, as well as maintaining dry goods organization and up-to-date inventory counts.
• During busy shifts, help with hands-on staff support, front of house service, prep work, cleanliness, and other tasks as they arise.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with the Tasting Room Manager. Including weekly one-on-one meetings to prepare for upcoming events, address any concerns or problems that arise, strategize for future efforts, and generally touch base.
