Delicious brunch. Love the chilaquiles! I've been trying to decrease my meat consumption so I ordered it the way it is on the menu but now I wish I had added the carnitas to it because my husband got a carnitas omelette and the meat was so good! So flavorful and tender omg. Still good if you go through vegetarian route though. House made salsa is delicious. Super cute in there and staff are sweet. I already want to eat it again and it's only been four days.

On August 26, Bar Carlo is joining PAGA LO QUE PUEDAS / PAY WHAT YOU CAN / Pay What You Can, a global restaurant initiative started by Masala y Maíz, a celebrated restaurant in Mexico City.

This year, 109 restaurants across 61 cities and 14 countries are taking part, sharing a belief in trust, generosity, access, and hospitality.

For one day, eat what you’d like, enjoy the full Bar Carlo experience, and pay what you’re able at the end of your meal. No proof of need, no questions, no judgment. Everyone gets the same food, the same hospitality, and a seat at the table.
