While pints are available to purchase, we recommend enjoying with a flight, as these cheeses have been selected to accompany a variety of beer styles including our newest release, Tenth Orbit: Rice IPA, award-winning Capella Porter and Orange Giant Barleywine Ale, draft-only Phobos Single Hop Red Ale, and more. ⁠

Thank you all for ten orbits around the sun!!! Available now, Tenth Orbit: Rice IPA was brewed to celebrate our 10th anniversary 🎉 This Rice IPA is light, crisp and refreshing, with loads of hop flavor from Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo. ⁠

Cheers with us this Saturday from 12-10pm at our Mothership location at 825 N Cook St! We’re throwing an anniversary bash complete with $5 pints all day, $9 fall cocktails, giveaways, a galactic costume contest, live music and more. We can’t wait to see you there! 🍻✨

Portland Mercury's Burger Week has officially kicked off! Our friends at GNARLYS food cart, located outside of our Moon Room location, are bringing Portlanders a delicious vegan option with their special: "Thundergun". This burger is inspired by the McRib and features their hybrid patty, mayo, bbq sauce, pickles, and onions on a fresh kaiser bun. We will have EXTENDED HOURS at the Moon Room this week so that you can have a beer alongside this $8 burger special.

Our hearts are with our latest Cosmic Collaboration partner, Maui Brewing Co, and all of the people affected by the devastating wildfires in Maui. In view of this, Ecliptic will be donating a portion of proceeds from every pint of Bay Breeze Pineapple IPA sold through our pubs and at our release events to Legacy of Aloha, as well as donating 10% of all restaurant sales on August 30th. Legacy of Aloha supports Maui Brewing employees who have lost their homes or been temporarily displaced. ⁠Our release event hosts, The Brewmaster's Taproom and Belmont Station will be matching our donations made from release events.⁠ Donate directly here: https://tinyurl.com/yj2fzev3

If you have supplies (blankets, towels, new underwear, menstrual products, diapers, formula, etc) to donate, both Ecliptic locations will be drop off points for supplies that will be flown and dropped in to Maui through Stuff The Bus EcoShuttle Charters & Tours. Donations will be accepted through 3pm on Sunday, August 20th.⁠

Join us TOMORROW, July 14th from 7-10pm for an Ecliptic Brewing Moon Room Pride Party! featuring DJs, Planetary Pride Passion Fruit Blonde Ale with Glitter, jello shots, pride cocktails, and vegan food from Gnarlys PDX Food Truck! DJs include Lady Emzee and DJ Cameo. Come early as we are giving away limited-edition, pride sunglasses, while supplies last!
