Starts at 5:00
Blind Draw with $6 entry and mystery will be drawn at the end of the tournament.
Bar matches the pot and will add $50 more for more than 10 teams!! The more the merrier!!
Each team that enters will receive $3 in quarters for their first three matches.
Door prize drawings every hour during the tournament!

Location: Kat’s Roadhouse Saloon Porter, Texas

Normal separate Men’s and Women’s Blind Draw Doubles Calcuttas
Men sign up at 1 & start at 2 – Women sign up at 1:30 & start at 2:30 ***$15 entry per player per player ($10 to pot, $3 to mystery out and $2 to guaranteed team out) - bar matches $10 per player (Current Men’s and Women’s Mystery totals will be posted before the tournament)

We will also start another rolling pot. Hit the Mystery Out Pot!
1) Purchase a ticket for $5 each (as many as you want).
2) We Draw the mystery out number for regular Calcutta tournament.
3) We Draw a ticket for the lucky person to shoot at the mystery out
number that was drawn for the regular Calcutta tournament.
4) All mystery out numbers 60 and below must be triple or double out – no open out allowed (exception for number one). On outs 60 and above, open out allowed.
5) If you bust the mystery out number your turn is over.
6) Any player who has entered the calcutta may participate.
If your name is drawn, you must be the person to shoot the darts,
no subs or alternates allowed! **** Pot total will be posted shortly.***

Hello Everyone!

Attached is the flyer for our annual Christmas In July. For those of you who are not familiar with this special day - We as a community raise money to help the less fortunate families in the East Montgomery County area. Even though we have the main event in July, we have a variety of fundraisers throughout the year until December. A list of events for July are listed on the attached flyer.

We are in definite need of raffle and live and silent auctions items. If you are interested in donations or volunteering your time to help with these events, please let me know.

One of the largest parts of our fundraiser is the Fun Run!! This is a Bike Run that will start at Roadhouse and travel to a total of 5 local bars ending back at the Roadhouse. Our biker friends have always been very generous to our kidz. The entry is $25 per rider and this does include a Christmas In July t-shirt.

We do sell sponsor spots on the t-shirts that the bike riders will wear. The sponsor fee is $300 and we have a total of 5 spots left, one of which is the left sleeve. If you are interested please let me know and I will be glad to show you a shirt from last year to see what the ad includes. This is also a huge part of the donations!!!!

We are looking to have a record year and the more money we raise the more families we can help.

For those of you that knew Jack Long (previous owner of the Roadhouse), you know that this is a cause that was very near and dear to his heart. For this reason we want to keep the tradition alive!!

June Dart Calcutta
Date: June 16th, 2012 – Saturday
Location: Kat’s Roadhouse Saloon Porter, Texas
This month’s event will be a little different! This will be an annual event
“The Boudreaux Classic – A Tribute to Michael Reeves”.
This was an idea that was in the works before his passing and
we feel that it will be fitting as an annual celebration for him.

There will be all day blind draw events with start times as follows:
Mixed Doubles – Sign-up at 11am and start at 12 noon
$10 per person entry – bar will match the pot and
with 10 or more teams add $200.00

Mixed Trips – Sign-up at 2pm and start at 3pm
$10 per person entry – bar will match the pot and
with 10 or more teams add $250.00

Normal separate Men’s and Women’s Blind Draw Doubles Calcuttas
will start at the conclusion of the Mixed Trips.
$15 entry per player ($10 to pot, $3 to mystery out
and $2 to guaranteed team out) - bar matches $10 per player
(Currently - Men’s mystery out $310, Women’s Mystery out $166)

We will also start another rolling pot. Hit the Mystery Out Pot!
1) Purchase a ticket for $5 each (as many as you want).
2) We Draw the mystery out number for regular Calcutta tournament.

Saturday - April 14th - Here we Go!! Men sign up at 1 and draw at 2 - Women sign up at 1:30 and draw at 2:30. Entry is $15 and bar matches $10 per person. Rolling mystery for men and women. Will update the amount after the Lite house calcutta tomorrow. The more players we have the bigger the pot so bring a friend or two! Looking forward to another great tournament
