I just got back from attending 2023 Foods Company Olive Oil Summit!!! And it was amazing. We heard from five of our Ultra Premium EVOO producers;
Rita Marques, SAOV Portugal,
John Symington- Oasis Olives Peru & Australia,
Peter Liokareas, Founder & CEO of Liokareas Olive Oil Greece,
Juan Jose Alonso, Alonso Olive Oil Chile
Leandro Ravetti, Executive Director & CEO of Cobran Estates California & Australia.

Also, Tom Mueller, author of Extra Virginity presented and Natalia Ruiz, Chemist & Laboratory Manager, Modern Olives presented on chemistry and quality parameters.
I also had the pleasure of a farm and mill tour of Estates. Watched the whole process tree to table of the Ultra Premium EVOO. And I was able to have EVOO that was freshly harvested that morning! A true treat. 😋🫒🫒🫒
