Some dishes come and go, but some become part of who you are. 🌮

Our Shrimp Tacos have been a staple since the very beginning of Vintage Tavern, and for good reason.

Sautéed Campeche shrimp are tossed with roasted red peppers, caramelized red onions, zesty capicola, and a spicy Thai aioli, then served on grilled tortillas with guacamole, fresh field greens, and freshly grated Parmesan.

Finished with fresh lime wedges for that extra kick of bright citrus flavor.

Sweet, spicy, savory, and just a little unexpected. A Vintage Tavern classic from the beginning. 🍤🌮

Tickets are officially on sale for A Night in Napa Valley on October 5th with Chef Jordan Whitmore and the one and only Jeff Payton!

We’re looking forward to an incredible evening of thoughtfully curated courses, exceptional Napa Valley wines, and the stories behind each pairing from Jeff himself.

CHEF’S TASTING DINNER • OCTOBER 5 & 6

We are very excited to officially announce the menu and wine pairings for our upcoming A Night in Napa Chef’s Tasting Dinner!

We know seats for our wine dinners are extremely limited, and we originally promised first access to guests who attended our previous wine dinners. However, we heard your feedback, and maybe a few grumbles, that it wasn’t quite fair to everyone hoping for a chance to attend.

So, we have an answer…

WE’RE DOING TWO NIGHTS!

That’s right. For the first time, A Night in Napa will take place on two consecutive evenings:

🍇 Monday, October 5 at 6 PM • 40 guests
Tickets go on sale September 1 at 9 AM

🍇 Tuesday, October 6 at 6 PM • 40 guests
Tickets go on sale September 2 at 9 AM

And when we say these dinners sell quickly, we mean it. Our last chef’s tasting wine dinner sold out in under 45 minutes.

CHEF’S TASTING DINNER • $75 per person
NAPA VALLEY WINE PAIRING • $50 per person

The Chef’s Tasting Dinner is required to attend. The wine pairing is completely optional.

We may be able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions with proper advance notice. Please contact us prior to purchasing tickets if you have a dietary restriction or allergy that may require menu modifications.

We cannot wait to share the full menu and Napa Valley wine lineup with you. Two nights. 80 seats. One incredible trip through Napa Valley without ever leaving Port Huron.

Meet the Vintage Salad, a hearty salad built exactly the way you want it.

We start with fresh field greens from our partners at Del Bene Produce in Detroit’s Eastern Market. Fun fact: Del Bene sources from more local farms than any other produce provider!

Then, make it yours:

🥜 Your choice of walnuts, pine nuts, or almonds

🧀 Your choice of blue cheese, goat cheese, or balsamic aged cheddar

🍓 Topped with sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges, a dried berry blend, ripe Roma tomatoes, and cucumber

🍗 Finish it with your choice of grilled chicken breast or salmon

Fresh, hearty, colorful, and packed with just about everything you could want in a salad.

It’s almost September, which means the “BER” months are almost here! 🦪🍂

If you don’t know, the “BER” months (September, October, November and December) are known for cooler waters and have long been associated with some of the best quality seafood of the year, especially oysters and shellfish.

Over the next week or so, our culinary team will be putting the finishing touches on our Fall Seasonal Menu, and we have some exciting ideas in the works.

Our hearts are broken today as we mourn the loss of an absolute American icon, Dolly Parton. 💔

Dolly was so much more than one of the greatest voices and songwriters of all time. From “Jolene” and “9 to 5” to “Coat of Many Colors” and “I Will Always Love You,” her music crossed generations and genres. Over a career spanning more than six decades, she sold more than 100 million records, earned 11 Grammy Awards, received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and was inducted into both the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

But as incredible as her career was, what made Dolly truly special was the person she chose to be.

She never forgot where she came from. Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, she helped put hundreds of millions of books into the hands of children around the world. She funded scholarships, supported families and communities in East Tennessee, championed childhood literacy, and quietly used her success over and over again to make life better for others.

She proved you could be enormously successful while still being kind, generous, humble, funny and unapologetically yourself.

The world lost a little bit of its sparkle today.

Rest easy, Dolly. You will always be loved.
