Happy Thursday! It’s almost the weekend, and today we wanted to feature one of our favorite appetizers.

Our Fried Brie is gently fried in panko breadcrumbs, topped with toasted chopped pistachios, and finished with a luscious fig and honey reduction. Crispy, creamy, sweet, and savory all in one bite.

A guest sent us this incredible throwback photo of original owner and founder Jeff Payton from back in 2012 during a Bell's Brewery Beer tap takeover here at Vintage Tavern.

Stories like this are a reminder that great restaurants are built on more than food and drinks. They’re built on community, laughter, late nights, and memories shared around a bar top. Jeff created that atmosphere from the very beginning.

Legend says that Bell’s keg was emptied in less than 4 hours.

We’re proud to continue carrying the torch in this beautiful historic building and keep the spirit of Vintage alive every single day. Cheers to the memories, and cheers to Jeff.

It’s the day after Memorial Day and in our books that means one thing… summer is officially here. ☀️🍸🌊

That also means our summer hours are now in effect at Vintage Tavern.

Monday–Thursday
11am–10pm
Kitchen open until 9:30pm

Friday & Saturday
11am–11pm
Kitchen open until 10:30pm

We’re excited to extend our hours for late night dining on the weekends because honestly… summer nights downtown just hit different. Rooftop cocktails, sunset dinners over the river, one more round with friends, and now a little extra time to enjoy it all.

Stay tuned because our late night happy hour menu is coming soon as well. 🍷

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Vintage Tavern will be closed today so our staff can spend time with family and friends.

But tomorrow marks the official start of our summer rooftop season. ☀️🍸🌊

Beginning Tuesday, May 26th, the rooftop will officially be open for both lunch and dinner every day we are open for business, Monday through Saturday.

Long summer nights, cocktails overlooking the river, fresh seasonal food, and one of the best views in the Blue Water Area… rooftop season is finally here.

We can’t wait to spend another summer with all of you
