Backfin Blues is a unique restaurant that is nested in a tiny town along the Susquehanna River, in Port Deposit Maryland. Port Deposit history dates back to the British war and it's charm conveys it as well! We have a delicious "Poison Apple" cocktail waiting for you at Backfin this weekend 😍 Vodka, sour apple, apple c***r and a bit of club soda, rimmed with caramel and garnished with a luxurious cherry & a naturally dyed apple slice for fun! They're delicious!

Taking the time to reflect on the absolute JOURNEY re-opening this beautiful cozy little restaurant has been! Many of you know we purchased & re-opened in March of this year, but we have been on this journey for about a year now. Gone are the days of multiple work trucks, power saws and absolute chaos, having been replaced by amazing dedicated staff, supportive amazing customers, and weekly routine meetings of ways to keep improving and making this place all it can be. I thought I'd share some pictures to celebrate how far we have come ❤️ Special Thank you to Landis Pfarner, Dave Plefka , Justin Wilson , Kaiden , Dwayne, Deanna Jo Cordell , Randa Thiele , Martha Weingard Granite Run Taproom , Cool Beans Sandwich & Coffee Co. , Artisans' Shoppe at The Gerry House for all being part of our process ❤️❤️❤️ And our staff who patiently waited and stuck with us to open 😂❤️ We appreciate you more than you know!!!
