June 7,2026 Sunday Funday update. We are getting closer everyday to getting this place ready for our opening. While we still don’t have a definitive date for the opening I promise it is getting closer everyday. We want to be ready when we do open the doors so you will have a good experience with us!

Update from the Funky Munky 05/28/26

You know what time it is? Update time from the Funky Munky. The hands of time keep turning and we are keeping busy trying to get our house in order. Contractors have been in and out of the building all week installing electrical outlets and lighting fixtures, Freon lines have been installed for the daiquiri machines, painting continues, shelving in the cooler has been completed. Cabinet doors have been installed and pull k***s installed. Final coat of epoxy on the counter top has been completed And with all of that being done we still have a ton of stuff to do.

We are busy getting things together and getting the house in order. We are working daily to get everything done hopefully we can open the doors soon!

An update from the Funky Munky highlights the considerable strides made in interior finishing work around the building. Specifically, progress has been made on installing interior doors and behind-the-bar cabinets, and the introduction of equipment has commenced. Coke dispenser’s and ice bins have been installed. Meanwhile, electrical work continues to move forward, and although substantial progress has been achieved, a considerable amount of work is still pending.
