Our definition of a martini is different than some others. A martini at Chiefs is mostly vodka or gin with just enough of something else to make it taste less like vodka or gin. These ain’t your $2 “well”martinis with a half of ounce of liquor, these grown folk martinis.

Did you know Chiefs has 13 distinct martinis on the menu, and that’s only because we couldn’t fit anymore on it but we offer even more.

Every Chiefs martini boasts TWO full ounces of spirit and then we add the filler and flavor. They are not those overpriced, under liquored martinis you’ve had before.
