The man behind the magic.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College and a Certified Culinarian, Executive Chef Charles Smith brings extensive culinary experience and inspired leadership to The Kester at the Pompano Beach Marriott.
Throughout his career, Chef Charles has held key culinary positions at distinguished South Florida establishments, including The Ben, Autograph Collection, where he served as Executive Sous Chef, and Boca Grove Country Club. His experience also includes roles at the Miami Airport Marriott and Pompano Beach Marriott, where he previously worked before returning as Executive Chef.
