The reason that we make all of the food for our wedding receptions here in our kitchen is to assure that it's fresh and hot and at its peak flavor .
This weekend, after we served the meal, a gentleman came back to the kitchen and said " I have been a professional chef for over 30 years, and I have to tell you that this food was exceptional tonight, some of the best I've ever had.

Huge shout out to Stephen Plog, Off the Wall Heating and Cooling for getting us out of a real dilemma.
We had a wedding and reception yesterday and in the morning we discovered that one of the large A/C units for the hall was not working.
We called Steve and he came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and figured out that the blower motor was bad. He located one in Fenton Missouri and drove there and picked it up and returned and installed it. He had it up and running in time to get the Hall cooled off for the wedding.
