Colin and Sam Dillon are working the bar and the kitchen tonight, so clearly we’re already running behind. Due to ownership’s lack of time management skills we will open an hour behind at 4pm to allow Sam to remember how to bartend and for Colin time to prep for an evening of getting bossed around by the wife. Yay!
