After a 3 week rejuvenation -- refinished floors, a gleaming kitchen with a mix of new and nearly new appliances, a fresh coat of paint, a new patio overlooking the garden, beautiful landscaping, lots of new flower beds, a gazebo AND an additional parking lot - The Rye Tavern is back! hills of The Pinehills in Plymouth, The Rye Tavern is a not-so-secret local gem! Our updated c1792 tavern with exposed beams, brick fireplaces and historical hometown decor is surrounded by beautifully cared for gardens, several patios and an outdoor bar for warm weather dining. The only thing better than the setting? Our Chef and his team work closely with local farmers to source ingredients for the best brunch and dinner around. The bar is stocked with local spirits, craft beers, and a variety of amazing wines. This year, we've expanded our outdoor spaces - choose a quiet spot on a shady patio, grab a table near the outdoor bar or dine on our new garden patio, overlooking a field of growing veggies and flowers! There are several ways to get to The Rye, but we are partial to the dirt road winding through the pines. Old Sandwich Road really does feel like stepping back in time.

Loved seeing our little corner of Plymouth featured on Chronicle on WCVB Channel 5. Fascinating history, beautiful footage, and some wonderful overhead shots of The Rye.
