The Walk of Nightmare crew has been busy all weekend putting the final touches on the walk through the woods. Next Friday night is the start of the screaming and yelling, in the woods, as people dare to walk the path of Nightmares! Will I see you there?

Cooking Class Schedule for February - June

Chef Brad cooking classes held at Shiloh Woods every 3rd Tuesday of the month, unless stated otherwise. $35.00 a person due before class date with Reservations. Call New Kitchen Store at 574-586-2745 for more info. Classes start at 6:30 EDT and last about 2 hours.

February's class has a change of date. February 27th with a Middle East theme. The menu is Soupa Avgolemono, Moussaka, Potato Latkes, and Ricotta Blintz.

March 27th is African themed with Corn Cakes with Plantain, Curried Corn, Made, and Beignets de Bananes.
April 17th is Japan and Korea with Cucumber Salad, Radish Salad, Chap Chae, and Karinto.
May 15th is Indonesia with Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Chicken with Red Curry, Carrots and Daikon Salad, and Coconut Custard.
June 19th is India with Spinach and Potatoes, Vegetable Curry, Tandoori Chicken, and Kheer.

August - Peruvian
September - Mexican
October - Australian
November - All American

Our Story

Shiloh Woods is a gathering place in the woods. It is the embodiment of nature with stately trees standing tall over the wandering deer, turkeys, and lively squirrels. Shiloh Woods emits a stillness that calls for us to do the same. In his book, Stillness Speaks, Eckhart Tolle, writes, "We depend on nature not only for our physical survival. We, also, need nature to show us the way home, the way out of the prison of our own minds. We got lost in doing, thinking, remembering, anticipating - lost in a maze of complexity and a world of problems." Shiloh Woods is a hall that seats 50 people where they can eat, drink and be happy! There is a lounge area, and kitchenette, in the hall. The hall is heated by a wood burning stove on cold days and air conditioning on hot days. The wood stove has a fence around it to protect the little ones from getting hurt.

There is a commercial kitchen for rent, or let Gerald cater the food for you. He can cook or fix, almost anything you want for your event.
