We've added a Lab to our brewery this summer and every beer is streaked on a plate and analyzed before it is packaged. Rest assured, there isn't any bacteria's in the beer that has left the brewery since th

All beers prior to the Lab, should also be up to par, but If you ever run into an O'so beer that is not acceptable to your taste, please return the remainder to the store you purchased it at with your receipt for a refund as defective. If you get beer in the market that does NOT taste as it should, it is probably past the shelf life date and is on the distributor's to remove it from the market by contract.

This just in, Mike is brewing O-toberfest soon! Here at O'so we call this time of year the bee's knees.

The kettles are hummin', the grain is flowin', and before you know it we'll be raising steins and pretending summer never had a chance. This fine Marzen-style lager only comes around once a year, and folks have been known to get downright giddy waiting for the first pint.

So dust off your lederhosen, start practicing your stein-holding arm, and keep your peepers peeled. O-toberfest season is just around the corner, and it's shaping up to be the cat's pajamas.

Since 2022, we’ve hosted over 1,000 groups in our private event spaces and have been named Best Venue in Portage County multiple years running.

Looking for feedback from our community. We've been talking about doing pizza by the slice for lunch now that we're in the new kitchen, is this something you would be interested in? Looking to help make lunches quick during the week for those who have a short window to come eat.

We would do a handful of regular slices, and then do rotating slices (with old favorite POM's coming back)
