The Blue Jays are cycling back through for the year. Something we've been able to count on like clockwork for the past 10 years. Sad to see summer go, but nice to have fall come. We are fortunate enough to live in a place where nature's beauty is at it's best. The oak trees have started to change. Soon the maples will follow with the bright yellow foliage. All together the canvas in beautiful. Winter is on it's way.

Well it seems like winter is getting ready to set in. Had turkeys in the yard this morning.

Seems winter is in full force here. A good time to begin planning for The 6th Annual Turk's Dysfunction for 2014.

Today we lose one of our original poker crew members. Jack Holcomb passed away this morning. He was a heck of a guy. Retired WCO. It was our blessing to have gotten to know him. RIP Jack.

Poker tonight. We started playing poker at Turk's House in the Woods a few years back. It's always nice to see the regulars. We have lot a few and gained some new but always lot's of fun.
