The worst place ever. All they needed to do was to exchange a ticket. The artist was the same and we looked at the tickets online, The time and day that we wanted to switch to was available. It was the same artist,same show just a different time since something came up. Our ticket was even a better time and day. We talked to three different people, all three rude and unprofessional. They didn't give a damn and what's even funnier every person we talk to called himself the manager. Freaking ridiculous. I wish I could I could give them a zero star or even negative. Don't waste your time and money.
