🌴 Where every visit feels like a little vacation… 🌊
A boat ride to Flip Flops on the Dock for lunch, dinner, or an afternoon snack is one of the best ways to spend a day on the lake. We’re always excited to welcome you, and we want your arrival to feel smooth, easy, and stress‑free.

To keep things safe and organized, customer boat parking is available only at the dock near the gas pump. All other slips in the marina are reserved for seasonal slip holders.

📍 When you arrive, please wait for Valcour Island Marina staff to guide you to an open slip. Slips can’t be reserved ahead of time, but you can always get a real‑time update by calling 518‑707‑0938 or reaching the marina on VHF Channel 68.

We appreciate your understanding — and we can’t wait to see you at Flip Flops on the Dock, where every visit feels like a getaway.
