Pine Knot Altbier

Pine Knot is our take on a traditional German Altbier—a smooth, malt-forward ale with a clean body and crisp, dry finish. Think of it as the ale cousin to a Vienna Lager.

Brewed with Hallertau and Tettnang noble hops, it offers a subtle earthy bitterness that balances its rich malt backbone. Expect aromas of fresh bread crust, toasted grain, and light nuttiness, leading into a flavor profile of bready malt, gentle caramel, and a bittersweet finish that lingers just enough to keep you coming back for another sip.

Dark amber in color and rooted in old-world brewing tradition, Pine Knot is built for campfires, cool nights, and good company. 🍻🦊

🦊 STARTING THIS SUNDAY, 5/31 @9:30am!! 🦊

Come join us for our first (of many) FOX TROT RUN CLUB events! There will be a 5k and 1mi loops discussed before the run.

All paces, families, dogs, and ages welcome - the more the merrier! We look forward to being outside and getting to see some new faces!

Pre-run warmup will start promptly at 9:30am in front of ADK Fox Brewing. Look for the Run Captain (Tina) to scan our QR code to sign-in and qualify for the 10% discount off coffee/beer following the run/walk.
