Maple BBQ Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage - Grilled jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage served on a house-made roll with chipotle aioli, pickled red onions, melted cheddar cheese, and house-made maple BBQ sauce. Served with Cajun-seasoned fries.

Cherry Pepper Glazed Salmon - Pan-seared salmon finished with a sweet and tangy cherry pepper jam glaze, topped with house pickled corn relish. Served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with asparagus.
