🚨NEW BEER🚨
Our SECOND beer release for week is All Hops go to Valhalla - our wet hop Belgian pale Ale.

4 hours after we picked them, fresh Cashmere hops were released to Valhalla in boiling pale ale wort. Our house Abbey yeast adds lovely esters to the mandarin/lemon notes of the hops. Thanks to our friends at Colorado Hop Company for the freshies!
