In that vein I am finally getting off my lazy butt and finishing a project I started two years ago: ice-cider

Freeze concentrated juice (yeah I coulda used frozen concentrate but where the fun in that) that is 4 x concentrated from Musselmans Apple Cider purchased from Walmart. Had previously concentrated 5 gallons to 2.5 gallons (2x). Now concentrating that down to 1.25 gallons (4x) which I will attempt to ferment with a yeast (probably champagne or something) that can tolerate 17% or so alcohol. Hopefully end up with a sweet alcoholic yumminess

7.5% West Coast IPA (shoulda been 8 but crush was not great so BIAB efficiency was low) went in the fermenter Sunday. Looking forward to that CTZ, Simcoe, Amarillo hop bomb in a few weeks or so

Kegging Social Lubricant 2.0. Belgian Quad. Third beer to go into Woodinville Rye Maple Syrup barrel at around 12% on Aug 31. Tastes great after 6 months. Hints of oak. Whiskey and maple very muted
