I’m so excited to continue my journey with my husband in the restaurant industry. I have been in the business for 38 years moving up at every opportunity that was given to me. I’m a local gal born and raised in the Back Mountain. My extensive resume goes from homemade cuisine at Kim’s Country Kitchen to fresh seafood and beyond. I’ve journeyed from Cross Country restaurant in Tunkhannock to several establishments in Dallas; Pickett’s Charge, Lums Fernbrook Inn and my last position as head chef at Crabbys Seafood Grill. Our focus is to provide fresh, quality food at a reasonable price. Looking forward to meeting new friends and seeing my loyal customers from long ago.
