Uncle Bill told you that he would tend bar for your wedding and not to worry because he had it all under control. Good old Bill bought 4 kegs a bottle of Jack and a bottle of $4 rum. The night of the big event rolled around and they were all set to set up the bar and start serving. "tap the keg Bill so you can let it settle for a while", someone yelled. Bill, in all of his professional bartending
experience, forgot a tap. Too bad that wasn't the only worry because Bill forgot glasses, ice and mixers. Well with an over priced convenience store run they got some mixers and ice and a few sleeves of paper Dixie cups that held a whole 6 ounces. Cousin Joey, who was the king of back yard keggers, popped the cork on one of the kegs and the siphoning began. Half way through the night the beer was flat, the ice was melted, 13 year old Billy is trying to dance in a planter because no one carded him before giving him a drink and the best thing that happened was that the one bottle of $4 rum that Bill bought ran out in a half hour so no one else could be poisoned. Now, not that your wedding is ruined, but a lot of the guests are leaving to go to the bar down the road in hopes of getting a real drink. It's a little of an exaggeration; or is it? Let's not have that be the scene at your wedding. That was actually a scene that I witnessed years ago and it was, in fact, a total disaster. Over 25 years in the bar/event bartending business and we know what needs done prior and how to get it done on your big night. We know what kind of liquor to order and in what quantities to give you the optimum bang for your buck. RAMP (responsible alcohol management program) certified making us experts in safe serving procedures. If you are looking for a $50 bartender then get Uncle Bill. We are a little more expensive than that, but we aren't as expensive as the services that charge $400 for a five hour gig. Prices vary depending upon how many bartenders are needed, how many guests that will be attending, how many different liquors and beers will be needed, etc. What that includes is everything that you need from paper products to setup to cleanup (by law we are not allowed to provide the alcohol for you as we do not have a liquor license. We are insured, we are professional and we do what to help make your night the best that it can possibly be.
