Slow-roasted chicken thighs in chipotle honey BBQ sauce, layered with melted cheddar cheese pressed inside a toasted flour tortilla, and served warm with extra BBQ sauce, sour cream, and a side of our house-made tangy slaw.

Twelve years ago, Grist House started with a tiny building, a lot of ideas, and a belief that great beer is really about bringing people together. What grew from that small dream has become something bigger than we ever could’ve imagined... A place where friendships are made, regulars become family, patios stay packed, and memories are brewed right alongside the beer.

This anniversary isn’t just about us hitting year twelve.

It’s about every person who’s ever grabbed a pint, supported a release, brought their friends or family, or made Grist House part of their story.

Starting off by giving a shoutout to all of our wonderful staff that kicked ass all weekend long! We literally could not do this without you.

Another HUGE thanks to staff & volunteers! The continued support throughout each day was awesome, and you're one of the reasons we look forward to this weekend every single year.

To the artists who played on our stage- THANK YOU. Each one of you killed it. 💪
