🚨 INTRODUCING: The Oozlefinch. 🐦️⁠

The mural (located in the Officer's Lounge), beautifully painted by our very own Colleen Mientkiewicz, is our take on the legendary Oozlefinch, a mythical creature deeply tied to the history of this building. The can art brings that same vision to life digitally, drawing inspiration directly from the mural and its place in Command’s story.⁠

🍺 Oozlefinch Double New England IPA will be releasing at Grist House Command on Saturday 9/5 at 11 AM. ⁠

To pair with this delicious beer, Command Kitchen has cooked up some of their own "Finch" Features, which will be available Saturday & Sunday, while supplies last.⁠

🍟 Slide 2: Oozle Finch Fries⁠
French fries tossed in zesty ranch seasoning, smothered in warm beer cheese, and loaded with tender shredded chicken, crispy bacon bits, melted shredded cheese, and our signature Grist Sauce.⁠

Crispy buttermilk-handbreaded chicken with melted cheddar cheese and smoky applewood bacon, topped with bright chimichurri slaw and jalapeño sour cream. Tucked inside a warm, fluffy ciabatta-style flatbread.⁠

Almost one year down.... And we're just getting started. 😉

Saturday marks one whole year of Grist House Command. One whole year of filling glasses, making memories, and brewing some pretty damn good beer (thanks to our amazing production team 😍) along the way.

So, naturally, we HAD to make a glass to celebrate! 🍻

This sweet new glassware features the logo from the can of Command Lager... The very first lager ever brewed at Grist House Command. And yes, you’ll be able to take one home with you this Saturday!

Aside from this glass, we've got plenty more to share with you! Stay tuned Friday for all the details... you definitely wont want to miss out 👀
