The Monks’ Bar, which debuted in February 2011, is, with 14 seats, the smallest bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. But small does not mean less than mighty, as the Monks’ Bar boasts a huge collection of top shelf liquors, an excellent w**e list and an ever-changing list of microbrews. Topping things off is a menu of hard-to-find classic cocktails, hearkening back to a more genteel era where one savored the subtle blend of liquors whose sum of parts was greater than the whole. If you’re hungry, be sure to enjoy one of our simple but delicious snacks and sandwiches prepared especially for you. Monday through Thursday, with $2.00 off our entire selection of cocktails. to 11:00 p.m.
