With Sadness and Many Memories today we announce the Closing of Acorn 😞 Thank you to the Shadyside Community and our amazing customers 🙏 It has been a crazy 6 years with so many moments we weren’t sure we could make it through, but we fought and we fought so we could keep bringing you fun and creative flavors. Thank you thank you thank you for the memories all of us at Acorn will keep forever.
In our memory and the memory of all your favorite restaurants that no longer are a open today, Go support your favorites restaurants Today! This week! Next week! The only way they will survive is with the support of our communities and neighbors. Let’s all take these moments to realize the fight is hard for all small local restaurants in your neighborhoods. They love you and they need you! They are there because they love serving you! They love seeing your smiles and hearing about your day! We as a society have to come to the realization how urgent this fight is for so many. Ask yourself today how many of your favorite restaurants from 5 or 10 years ago are still open? Why is this? what has changed? The answer is a lot has changed so Let’s start making the change back so more restaurants survive and thrive and are pillars of your communities for generations like they used to be! We believe that we can make this change!
