John Charney is a Pittsburgh guitarist and singer you’ll catch at pubs and breweries around the Burgh, and with Dean, the set turns into an easy duo night: familiar songs, good energy, and the kind of live music that fits a b**r garden!!! October’s Cocktail of the Month is Hibiscus Rum Punch!! 🍹
Bright, tart, and a little tropical… dried hibiscus steeped until it’s deep magenta, shaken with rum, fresh lime, and a touch of sweetness. Floral up front, citrus through the middle, and easy to drink while the weather still can’t decide what it’s doing.🤷‍♀️

Tonight’s Pub Trivia Nerds has a Round 2 that makes no sense until it does. 🙄🧠
Every answer has a planet hiding in it. 🪐 Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, the whole set. And none of the questions are about space. 🚀 Not astronomy. Not “name that planet.” Just normal trivia answers that happen to smuggle a planet into the word.
If you like wordplay more than rocket science, Round 2 is your round. 🤓🍺
