Sesame-seed brioche bun, house blend of wagyu sirloin & short rib seasoned with house montreal and a little worcestershire, Tumbleweed cheddar cheese custard, russian dressing with Hackleback caviar, dill pickle, tempura fried onion rings, Coldco farms arugula.
