🍻 What a Two Weeks for TRASH & TRUB! 🍻

Over the last two weekends, our members have been out in full force representing the clubs at and

A huge thank you to everyone who donated their time, talent, equipment, and beer to make these events a success. From brewing and transporting kegs to pouring samples and talking homebrew with festival-goers, our members continue to show what makes this community so special.

Yesterday at Beers of the Burgh, the TRASH & TRUB tent was packed from start to finish. With nearly 2,000 attendees at the festival, we had a steady line all day long, with people coming back again and again to try something new. It was incredible to see so much excitement around homebrewed beer.

And last weekend at Babesburgh, our members once again stepped up to share their passion for brewing and help showcase the creativity and talent within our clubs.

None of these opportunities happen without members willing to volunteer their weekends, share their beer, and represent TRASH & TRUB with pride.

Thank you to every brewer, volunteer, organizer, and supporter who helped make these last two weekends such a success. We couldn’t do it without you!

Babesburgh is a one-of-a-kind festival celebrating women in beer, business, craft, fitness, and community throughout Pittsburgh.

TRASH & TRUB will be there pouring homebrew alongside some incredible local brewers. Stop by our booth, meet the brewers, and try a variety of unique homebrewed beers and beverages crafted by members of Pittsburgh’s homebrewing community.

Whether you’re coming for the beer, the vendors, the fitness activities, or just a fun day supporting an amazing cause, there’s something for everyone.

TRASH Pirates – First Meeting 🏴‍☠️

We kicked off the first TRASH Pirates session with a focus on what this group is all about — preparing beers for competition and elevating our process as brewers. 🍻

We worked through beers with intention: evaluating against style, discussing what judges look for, and giving honest, constructive feedback to help each other improve before sending beers out into competitions across the country. 📝

That’s the goal — not just to enter comps, but to show up prepared and represent Pittsburgh and TRASH across the nation. 🥇

We’re BACK at Babesburgh Bash 💜

TRASH & TRUB are honored to once again be part of Pittsburgh’s only festival for women — and as always, our members SHOW UP.

From the incredible women in our clubs to those brewing in support of the women in their lives, this is a space that celebrates community, creativity, and lifting each other up through beer.
