Been off the grid for a few, Brewing Update: EX1 turned out to be a pale ale-like flavor/orange-amber color, very tasty and drinkable. Ready to get the Scotch ale on tap, calling it The Quickening or maybe The Kurgen.

Brewed up a Pumpkin Spice Ale to be ready for Thanksgiving last night. Orange mash was pretty difficult to sparge. Turned out nice.
