This is a good example of what happens when someone tells you they can do something cheaper. This company clearly cuts corners only doing half the job while they are there which and turn leads to mold and yeast buildup in the lines dirty couplers and other issues. The tech marks the seat with a F or an L so he can keep track of what part of the cleaning he did the last time he was there. The problem with that is the faucet and lines should be cleaned every two weeks not once a month.
