Just want to send out a huge thank you to everyone who was able to join us last Saturday for our last big bash! We were overwhelmed with the turnout and couldn’t have asked for a better day. The only thing we would have changed is that we would have had more time to visit with everyone! We want to add a thank you to anyone who stepped in to help us that day- whether it was bartending, cooking or just cleaning a table! We were a little overwhelmed with the turnout…. Thank you Courtney for the excellent job playing music! Joe and I especially want to thank Josh, Tara, Taylor and Halle for all their help- we couldn’t have done it without you! We have had so many good times and great memories at the 281 and it will be so strange to not be there anymore but we are looking forward to more free time to spend with our family. We are truly grateful for all the support over the years! Here are a few pictures from the day- feel free to add yours in the comments- we would love to see them!

So we are less than a week away from our last party… here are a few more details…….
We will have half price appetizers all day/night while they last.
We will have music (Harmon Entertainment) from 8-12. We are lucky enough that my great niece Courtney will be the DJ! We will also have a Photo Booth to capture a final memory from the 281.
We will have random drink specials.
Steak and shrimp supper while supplies last.
Wear your old 281 Stop shirts and come help us drink up the inventory! Help us end our bar run with a good party! Hope to see you all there! 🍻🎶🍔🥳

As many of you may already know, we have made the very difficult decision to sell the bar. This was not an easy decision for us and we have many mixed emotions, but we felt it was time for a change. Reflecting back on all of the memories we have shared there throughout the years has been so bittersweet. We want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who has supported us throughout the last 42 years. You have gave us some of the greatest memories throughout the years and we have made many friends that have become family through our time spent at the 281 Stop. We would like to invite you all to celebrate the end of an era with us with one last party! We will be celebrating on Saturday April 20th with drinks, food, and a DJ. We would love for all of our friends and family to join us in closing this chapter of our lives. Hope to see you all there! 🍻 The Uehran family

We will not be open friday Feb. 9th! Joe just got out of the hospital and we are not prepared for a crowd. Sorry for any inconvenience but we have to focus on him right now. We are hoping to be open next Friday but are taking it one day at a time!

While we are still closed day to day, we are excited to announce that we will be open Friday nights in February featuring guest chefs Brad and Ethan Bohl! Our menu for Friday, February 2nd will feature Bison Carne Asada and pork carnitas served with homemade tortillas and chips and salsa and dessert! Kids menu available and half price drinks from 6-8!
