Ready to serve you quality smoked meats 🔥

We take pride in our bbq here at the smoke lodge. We use tallow to lock in moisture, give better bark and all around better flavor. All of our meats are freshly smoked only hours before our guests come to visit (hence why, when we’re out, we’re out) Some meats taking almost half a day to cook! Come by and taste our delicious meats for yourself 😋
