Soooooooo excited. Going to “The Perch” in the Pines, Monday evening with my beautiful wife. After 19 years, I get to sit on the better side of the bar. So many classy changes, this place will be amazing. Angie & Luce found a treasure in our mountains, and we also reaped a treasure in them (they’re awesome). Treasure, being in God’s country with amazing people in an amazing setting.

Our farewell party last night. The dance floor was packed, so as usual, some mighty fine people improvised. Today is the last day we’re open, so come get some Madd Pub n’ Grub, and watch Gil & the lads rock the open-mic jam from 3 to 7.

It’s been a wonderful 19-year ride, and I thank everyone who’s been a part of it. When we lock our door tonight- peace out.

My favorite mantra has always been “finish strong” my Dad’s term at the 10-second mark before the end of a round (boxing). Gill Karson and the lads just said that they are going to play at the Pub on Sunday, our last day from 3 to 6 pm. I will close the Pub later that day at midnight, and will wait for our amazing new and classy owners to open later at a date of their schedule. So thrilled with God’s grace at going out strong, but will miss our Pub and precious friends. God Bless all.

Keeping the Pub’s final countdown going and getting close to the finishing line.

This weekend, we have the talented Matt Galindo on Friday evening starting at 8 pm. On Saturday, DJ Vicki T. will be bringing it, for our Grand Finale Dance Party, also starting at 8 pm. And on Sunday, our scrumptious Madd Mary’s will be performing all day.

Today (Thursday), since they were a hit last night, order any sandwich or entrée, which comes with a side, and get 2 of our tasty potato pancakes free.

For the liquid libations, it is Thirsty Thursday, we have quite a few specials at just 4 bucks. We’re doing the Malibu Rum Strawberry Swirls again. Heineken bottles. Pints of 805 Blonde Ale. Pearl Cucumber martinis and Pinnacle Peach martinis.

For the liquid libations, it is Whiskey Wednesday, so we’ll do any Seagram’s 7 whiskey drink for 4 bucks. Also at just 4 bucks tonight, we’re doing Malibu Rum Strawberry Swirls, Heineken bottles, and pints of 805 Blonde Ale.

Tonight’s drink special is 100% Blue Agave Cazadores Silver Tequila. Have as a shot, on the rocks, or in a Margarita. A great Tequila for just 4 bucks…

It’s the final countdown (insert music). Good day my fellow PMC peeps. It would appear that the Pub is in the final stages of escrow, although with escrows, you can never be sure. Every day this week, we’re going to do some specials and have a little fun. We also booked DJ, Vikki T., for this coming Saturday, April 6, starting at 8:00 p.m.

Today’s liquid libation specials are all just 4 bucks; Mango Margarita served in a spicy, Tajin rimmed glass. Sweet Revenge Wild Strawberry “Sour Mash” Liquor, served as a shot or on the rocks. And for the fine beer drinkers, we have bottles of Heineken, also for $4.00. The lovely Megan will be your mixologist tonight.

If you’re grubbin’ it, order any sandwich or entrée and get 4 complimentary Spring Rolls, served with Chef Kingsley’s sweet and spicy Asian sauce.
