With grateful hearts, we want to share that we will be closing permanently and handing the keys back to the prior owner. This isn't easy at all and comes with many many tears, but we can't continue to drown.

While this chapter is coming to a close, it was filled with incredible moments, meaningful connections, and support from this community. Every smile, conversation, and visit truly meant the world to us. To our regular customers—you became more than customers, you became family, and we sincerely hope to see you again very soon.

Most importantly, this is not the end for us. We are a stubborn, determined family, and our love for food and baking runs deep. While this door is closing, that love hasn’t gone away. We are still available for baking needs for anyone seeking—because this passion truly shows how much it has been, and continues to be, loved. We can’t wait to share what’s next when the time is right. Please keep an eye out for us and keep us in your thoughts as we move forward.

Thank you for being part of our journey, believing in us, and supporting a small family dream with a big heart. We are so grateful and look forward to crossing paths again soon 🤍

Hey there friends. If you are picking up pies in Pendleton, what time would be best for you? I will be having my oldest daughter at a pick up spot and worry about pies being non refrigerated for too long.

Pilot Rock pick ups, I'll be at the restaurant on these days, please message with the time you plan to arrive for pick up. If not needed so early or late, I can adjust :)

Tuesday - 12:30 - 6:30
Wednesday - 1:00 - 6:30
Thursday - 10:00 - 1:30
Friday - 11:00 -12:30

Excuse the very long post! As an extremely private person (and family), we’ve held off as long as we could, while exploring all options prior to sharing this…

As many of you know, we at The Vault have personally financed everything since becoming the owners, meaning no banks, loans, etc. We poured our entire savings into this place and took on other jobs just to scrape by (barely).

We made the decision to hire outside of our family and friends so Tyler could focus on construction and help us build a little nest egg — but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Most of the construction jobs were government-funded, and when the government shut down, it hit us hard, halting everything. That ultimately forced us to close our doors.

Now… we really, really miss our customers who became like family. That was always our main goal — to treat everyone who walked through our doors like loved ones. ❤️

We don’t want to ask for money, so instead, we’re doing something that feels more like us — a fundraiser with pie. 🥧

With the holidays coming up, and knowing how much everyone loves our pies, we’re offering them for sale in hopes of raising enough to get our doors back open and the lights back on.

And if you happen to be one of those rare pie haters 😄, we’d still love to offer something for you too — so please, let us know your ideas!
