Hook Em’ and Cook Em’ Walleye fresh out of the Missouri River prepared to perfection by our in-house Chef and his team. Mediterranean style marinade (honey, lemon, garlic) served with basmati rice and fresh asparagus. Guest feedback “Unreal, amazing flavors”. We couldn’t agree more. Nice job Chef!
