Hey everyone! So, unfortunately we don't have a positive update (at least for now). The owners of our building have had more obstacles lately with getting construction underway. At this point, for several reasons, we are on hold with moving forward. We are still hoping down the road we can be a part of this restoration. We will keep everyone updated with any future news.

The revitalization of downtown Piedmont is back on track. Developers had to pump the breaks on the project when the pandemic hit.

The historic mill building, Piedmont Number One, was built in 1873 by Henry Pinckney Hammett of the Piedmont Manufacturing Company.
