Mark your calendar and get ready to Rock n Roll at the DIRTY DRUMMER FOR SOUTHWEST STOMP’s 4TH ANNUAL BIG SHOW! We’ve been hard at work planning for another action-packed Southwest Stomp all-dayer!
Lady Luck Lexy and her all-star band coming all the way from the UK is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Lexy and her band play brand of high energy music that is impossible to sit still while watching. There is not too many lead vocals that can effortlessly keep the beat while drumming like Lexy can. Then there is Mozzy Dee, Southwest Queen of Rock and Soul, coming to us from Albuquerque, NM. Mozzy won the Rockabilly Female of the Year award at the 2024 Ameripolitan Music Awards. She is known for her punchy voice and energetic rockabilly sound with a Latin twist that we absolutely love, and we are sure you will too. We proudly welcome back The Sparktones from San Diego CA. This band played at Southwest Stomp a few years ago, and they were such a hit, we had to have them back. Not only a bunch of genuinely nice guys, they are equally talented and have a chest full of original tracks that will put a smile on your face. Geo and the Hotwires from Los Angeles are a fun, energetic band that puts traditional bopping rockabilly back at center stage. We have been trying to get this band to play in Phoenix for a while, and we sure are glad we are finally able to make it happen.
It would not be a Southwest Stomp if we didn’t bring you some killer DJs! DJ El Nova from LA has made a name for himself in the rockin’ scene. El Nova has DJ’d at various venues throughout the states and internationally. It’s a real treat to have him spin for us. We are equally excited to have Mr. Hollywood himself, Zac Vargas, DJ for us for the first time in Phoenix. Zac has been a staple in the rockin scene for more than 30 years, and has DJ’d internationally in the UK and Mexico. If those two fine deejays weren’t enough for you, Southwest Stomp resident DJs Tank and Janine will be sharing the decks with El Nova and Zac to keep you on the dance floor all night long. 4 bands and 4 DJs, all for $30 at the door!
