Cecil's Bar & Grill brings you the most unique social experience and environment in the state of Arizona! Our story:
Cecil's Bar & Grill began when the founders were sick and tired of the same ole bar scene found all over Arizona. The state has its fair share of wonderful drinking establishments for the public to choose from; however, they are all too similar. None of the other bars that the foun
ders had been to felt like they were at home. With the ultimate goal in mind of bringing the citizens of Arizona something that they had never experienced before, the founders got to work on developing what is today known as Cecil's. Our features:
- Cecil's is the only bar in the state of Arizona to bring you the world famous Dustin & Justin's "kick yo ass hot" habenaro whiskey hamburger!
- Cecil's is also the only bar in the state where you can drink, smoke, and hop in the pool at the same time! We feature a state of the art swimming facility right here at the bar!
- Here at Cecil's, we offer a huge variety of options when it comes to our menu. We serve exclusively meat and alcohol products; if you want it, we've got it!
- At Cecil's, we like our guests to feel like they are right at home. We encourage you to help yourself to whatever you'd like! Self-service is greatly encouraged. You want a beer? Then go grab one!
- Perhaps the best thing about Cecil's is our absolutely no tipping policy. We do not accept tips of any kind whatsoever! No exceptions, so sorry 'bout it!
- Some of our basic amenities include (but are not limited to):
Darts, swimming, beer pong, flip cup, slap cup, country dancing, bonfires, roof jumps, basketball, keg stands, mustache mania, name that tune, karaoke, and much more! There is a reason why we say, "Only at Cecil's!"

- Cecil''s is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Cecil's is located on the North East corner of West Meadow Drive in Phoenix
- All food at Cecil's is grilled. We do not serve any fruit, vegetables, or any other mamby pamby food items. Sorry 'bout it vegetarians.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This is a privately owned establishment, so if we don't like you then you aren't welcome.
- We play country music, and country music only!
- Please leave all political and religious opinions at the door. Obama jokes are welcome however.
- At Cecil's, you are a member of the family!
