Dear Friends,
As you have likely heard, Sportsman’s Fine Wines & Spirits will be closing at the end of August. As of yesterday, August 6th, the WineBar & Food Menu portion of the location has closed. We will be open for retail sales through the end of August.
Sportsman’s has been something of a phoenix on this corner of 32nd St & Camelback – it continues to transform itself based on customer demand over the years.
This time will be no different.
Restaurateur Mark Tarbell is taking over the space, which will reopen this fall as a wine bar with a retail element. He knows that Sportsman’s has been a special place for many locals, and he plans to keep the positive vibe that this cozy gathering place brings to our neighborhood.
Our team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage, support, and the opportunity to serve you. We appreciated your willingness to learn more about wine and food, and relished in the entertaining stories you shared with us about your culinary adventures.
As they say, when one door closes another opens. We won’t be going far. You’ll find us at AJ’s Fine Foods locations and fine dining restaurants throughout the Valley. In the meantime, be sure to stop in before the end of August to say goodbye and to enjoy 25% off wines and spirits!
